Do you think it is a joke in the 21st century or no one controlling this universe? It is no one except ALLAH the MIGHTY KING of UNIVERSE!
Do you not realize that Allah drives the clouds, then joins them together, then turns them into a heap? Then you see the rain coming out from their midst. He sends down from the sky mountains (of clouds) having hail in them, then He afflicts with it whomsoever He wills and turns it away from whomsoever He wills. The flash of its lightning seems to snatch away the eyes. — Quran 24.43
He is the One who makes you see the lightening in fear and hope, and who forms the heavy clouds. — Quran 13.12
ALLAH does not lie, indeed there is no God except Him ALONE!
